The Book Fair will take place in the library Oct. 7 – 11. The book fair hours are 8:00 a.m – 5:00 p.m., October 7 – 10, and 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on October 11. We are excited to partner with independent children’s bookstore Little Shop of Stories for the Book Fair again this year.
Volunteer Opportunities
The Book Fair is the library’s most important fundraising event of the school year, and TCS parent volunteers play a critical role in its success. This week-long fair requires all hands on deck as we need close to 50 volunteers to fill slots throughout the week. Please consider donating two hours of your time – any day or time slot – to help TCS reach their book fair goal and to help strengthen the love of reading for our children.
We need folks to assist children with their book selections, staff the cash register and keep the book displays neat during the book fair. You can find a complete description of the volunteer positions and more details about the Book Fair here.
