Join Diversity Speaker and Trainer Rosetta Lee for an interactive parent workshop ”Supporting Your Child Into Adolescence” on Thurs., Feb. 20, 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. in the TCS Gym.
Much has been written about the challenges of adolescence. It’s a time of transition and vulnerability when children change biologically, emotionally, cognitively and socially. Learn with other parents how to support your child as they grapple with these changes.
Break into grade-level parent groups facilitated by Rosetta and learn skills and techniques to partner with your child during these years.
When: Thurs., Feb. 20, 6:30 – 8:00 p.m.
Where: TCS Gym
Who: Targeted toward parents/guardians of students in grades 3 – 8. However, it is open to all families in Atlanta.
Childcare: Childcare will NOT be provided
Parking: Parking for the parent workshop is available on 10th Street. Please park on 10th street because surrounding streets require a parking permit after 5:00 p.m.
