Starting kindergarten is an important milestone in every child’s educational journey and may have caretakers asking: “how do I prepare my child for kindergarten?”
The Children’s School invites parents to join Head of School Roslyn Benjamin, Director of Lower School Elena Jaime, 4’s/5’s Teacher Nitefa Pearson, and Kindergarten Teacher Valerie Lockhart on Tues., Dec. 6 from 6:00 – 7:30 p.m. for an informative and engaging virtual opportunity to talk about both the academic and social-emotional skills needed before entering kindergarten and to engage in meaningful conversation around this critical step in a child’s development.
